- Korean Virtual Cell project is one of the projects hosted by Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information(KISTI) and it aims to develop technologies to interpret dynamics of large volume, multi-scale systems by construction virtual cell application platforms. It is focused on several new convergence technologies including IT and BT in a post-genome era.
- In this Virtual Cell Software Repository, you can find several bioinformatics software that can help your researches from inferring gene regulatory network to understanding the dynamics of the network. All of the softwares can be downloaded and used freely.
